To ensure a high standard of service, all vendors must agree to the following policies. By becoming a vendor on NexBazaar.in, you agree to abide by this policy and any updates we may make over time.
1. Eligibility for Vendors
1.1. Vendors must be registered businesses in compliance with Indian laws and must provide valid documentation, including GSTIN, PAN, Aadhar (if individual seller), and other required information during registration.
1.2. Vendors must provide accurate business details, including a verified email, phone number, and bank details for payouts.
1.3. Vendors must not have a history of unresolved policy violations or account suspensions with NexBazaar.in or any other major online selling platform.
2. Product Listing Standards
2.1. Product Descriptions: All product listings must contain accurate, detailed descriptions, including specifications, prices, dimensions, and quality or grade levels (if applicable).
2.2. Product Quality: Vendors are responsible for the quality and authenticity of the products they list. Counterfeit or misrepresented items are strictly prohibited.
2.3. Images: Product images must be clear, high-quality, and accurately represent the item being sold. Use of misleading or copyrighted images is prohibited.
2.4. Prohibited Items: Vendors may not list restricted items as per local laws, including but not limited to hazardous materials, illegal products, or items explicitly prohibited by NexBazaar.in.
2.5. Pricing: Prices should be competitive and consistent with market standards. Any misleading pricing practices or excessive inflation will be subject to penalties.
3. Fulfillment and Shipping
3.1. Order Processing: Vendors must process and fulfill orders promptly, typically within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified.
3.2. Packaging and Delivery: All items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Vendors are responsible for arranging safe and reliable delivery to the buyer through NexBazaar’s preferred logistics partners.
3.3. Returns and Refunds: Vendors must comply with NexBazaar’s return and refund policy. Refunds must be processed promptly when necessary, and the vendor is responsible for managing product returns.
4. Payments and Fees
4.1. Commission Fee: NexBazaar.in charges a commission on each sale. The rate will be specified in your Vendor Dashboard and may vary by product category.
4.2. Transaction Fees: Vendors are responsible for transaction fees related to payment processing as per NexBazaar’s standard fee structure.
4.3. Payouts: Vendor payouts will be processed weekly, subject to a minimum payout threshold of [insert amount].
5. Compliance and Legal Standards
5.1. Legal Compliance: Vendors are responsible for ensuring their listings and operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations in India, including but not limited to consumer protection, product safety, and tax regulations.

6. Vendor Conduct and Responsibilities
6.1. Vendors must maintain high standards of professionalism in all interactions with buyers and NexBazaar support staff.
6.2. Unethical practices, including but not limited to fake reviews, customer harassment, or manipulation of pricing/stock, are strictly prohibited.
6.3. Vendors must respond to buyer inquiries and complaints promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
7. Suspension and Termination
7.1. Policy Violations: NexBazaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor account for violations of this policy or repeated poor performance.
7.2. Resolution of Violations: NexBazaar will notify vendors of any violations and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve them, except in cases of severe or repeated violations, where immediate suspension may occur.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. NexBazaar will mediate disputes between buyers and vendors where necessary. Vendors are expected to cooperate in good faith to resolve any issues.
8.2. In the event of a dispute between NexBazaar and a vendor, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before pursuing legal action.
9. Amendments to Policy
NexBazaar reserves the right to amend this Vendor Policy periodically. Vendors will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of NexBazaar’s platform will constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
