4.2. Quality Control

  • Vendors must ensure all items meet the quality and description standards set on their listings. Failure to uphold these standards may lead to increased returns and potential penalties.

4.3. Compliance with NexBazaar Policies

  • Vendors must comply with all NexBazaar policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges. Repeated issues or policy violations may affect a vendor’s account standing or lead to penalties.

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1. Disputes between Customer and Vendor

  • NexBazaar may mediate disputes between customers and vendors to ensure a fair resolution. Vendors are required to cooperate fully in any dispute resolution process.
  • NexBazaar’s decision regarding any disputed return or refund issue will be final and binding on both parties.

5.2. Vendor Escalation

  • If a vendor has concerns regarding a particular return or refund, they may reach out to NexBazaar’s support team at admin@nexbazaar.in for assistance.

6. Policy Amendments
