Welcome to NexBazaar.in! These Vendor Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Vendor,” “you,” or “your”) and NexBazaar.in (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering and listing products on NexBazaar.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration

3. Fees and Payments

3.2. Transaction Fees: NexBazaar may deduct payment gateway transaction fees or any applicable tax from your payouts.
3.3. Payment Schedule: Payments will be transferred to your designated bank account on a weekly basis, subject to minimum payout thresholds and completion of orders without disputes.
3.4. Refunds and Chargebacks: In cases of returns, refunds, or chargebacks, NexBazaar reserves the right to deduct the refunded amount and any associated fees from the vendor’s future payouts.
4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping
4.1. Order Processing: Vendors must process and fulfill orders within the specified timeframe. Delays in processing without legitimate reason may result in penalties or suspension.
4.2. Shipping and Packaging: Vendors are responsible for ensuring that products are securely packed to avoid damage during transit. You may use NexBazaar’s preferred logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.
4.3. Returns and Refunds: Vendors must adhere to NexBazaar’s return policy. You agree to accept product returns and issue refunds promptly in cases where returns are justified.
5. Vendor Conduct and Customer Service
5.1. Professionalism: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally in all interactions on the platform. Unethical practices, harassment, or unprofessional behavior towards customers or NexBazaar staff will not be tolerated.
5.2. Customer Service: Vendors must respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Repeated complaints or unresolved issues may affect your vendor status.
6. Intellectual Property and Compliance
6.1. Intellectual Property Rights: Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all listed products and related content do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, or patents.
6.2. Legal Compliance: Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in India, including those related to consumer protection, product safety, and taxation.
6.3. Data Privacy: Vendors agree to protect the privacy and confidentiality of customer data and shall not use, disclose, or distribute it without NexBazaar’s prior written consent.
7. Vendor Responsibilities and Liabilities
7.1. Indemnification: Vendors agree to indemnify and hold NexBazaar.in, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your products, listings, or actions on the platform.
7.2. Liability for Listings: Vendors are fully liable for the accuracy and legality of the product listings and any claims or disputes arising from misrepresentations, defective products, or policy violations.
7.3. Losses Due to Policy Violations: NexBazaar reserves the right to recover any losses, fines, or penalties resulting from your policy violations or misconduct, including withholding payouts.
8. Suspension and Termination of Account
8.1. Suspension: NexBazaar may suspend your account for policy violations, poor performance, or legal violations. Suspended vendors may not access their accounts until further notice.
8.2. Termination: NexBazaar reserves the right to terminate a vendor’s account for repeated violations, unresolved issues, or severe misconduct. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be settled, and payouts may be withheld until final reconciliation.
8.3. Appeal: Vendors may appeal suspensions or terminations by contacting NexBazaar support, although final decisions rest solely with NexBazaar.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. Customer Disputes: NexBazaar will mediate customer disputes as needed. Vendors are required to cooperate fully to resolve disputes quickly and fairly.
9.2. Disputes with NexBazaar: In case of any dispute between the vendor and NexBazaar, both parties agree to first seek resolution through informal negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to arbitration under Indian law.
10. Amendments to Terms
