This Vendor Payment Withdrawal Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms, conditions, procedures, and responsibilities related to vendor earnings, payouts, withdrawals, commissions, deductions, disputes, and payment processing on NexBazaar.in.

NexBazaar.in is owned and operated by NexEcoTech Private Limited (“NexBazaar”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By registering and selling products on NexBazaar.in, all Vendors (“Seller”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge and agree to comply with this Policy.

2. EARNINGS & COMMISSION STRUCTURE

2.1 Vendor Earnings

Vendor earnings refer to the total sale amount received from completed customer orders after deducting:

Platform commission
Payment gateway charges
Taxes (GST/TDS where applicable)
Shipping or logistics fees
Refunds or chargebacks
Promotional or advertising charges
Other applicable service fees

The remaining amount after deductions shall be treated as the Vendor’s “Net Earnings”.

2.2 Commission & Platform Fees

NexBazaar.in may charge:

Product category commission fees
Listing fees
Promotional campaign fees
Logistics handling charges
Payment processing charges

Applicable fees may vary by product category and shall be displayed in the Vendor Dashboard.

NexBazaar.in reserves the right to revise commission structures periodically.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR PAYMENT WITHDRAWAL

3.1 Completed Orders Requirement

Vendor payouts become eligible only after:

Order delivery is successfully completed
Customer confirmation is received (where applicable)
Return/replacement period expires
No active dispute, refund, or chargeback exists

Orders marked as “Pending”, “Cancelled”, “Returned”, or “Disputed” are not eligible for payout.

3.2 Minimum Withdrawal Threshold

Vendors must maintain a minimum withdrawable balance of:

₹500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred Only)

Balances below this amount will automatically roll over to the next payout cycle.

NexBazaar.in reserves the right to modify the minimum withdrawal threshold at any time.

3.3 Account Compliance Requirement

Vendor payouts may only be processed if:

Vendor account is active and verified
KYC and bank details are completed
No policy violations exist
No pending legal or compliance review is ongoing

Non-compliance may delay or restrict withdrawals.

4. PAYMENT WITHDRAWAL PROCESS

4.1 Payout Schedule

Vendor payouts are generally processed:

On a weekly basis
Every Friday or the next working business day

Withdrawal requests submitted before the payout cutoff period will be included in the current cycle. Requests received after the cutoff may be processed in the following payout cycle.

4.2 Payment Methods

Payments are transferred directly to the Vendor’s registered bank account through:

NEFT
IMPS
RTGS
UPI (where applicable)

Vendors are solely responsible for providing:

Correct bank account details
Accurate IFSC codes
Valid account holder information

NexBazaar.in shall not be responsible for delays or failed transactions caused by incorrect banking information.

4.3 Processing Time

Once approved and initiated:

Payouts generally reflect within 2–7 business days
Bank processing timelines may vary depending on the financial institution

Public holidays, banking downtime, or technical issues may impact processing times.

4.4 Payment Currency

All vendor payouts shall be processed exclusively in:

Indian Rupees (INR)

Vendors must maintain a valid INR-denominated Indian bank account.

5. PAYMENT HOLDS, REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS

5.1 Temporary Payment Holds

NexBazaar.in reserves the right to temporarily hold vendor payouts in situations involving:

Customer complaints
Product disputes
Return investigations
Fraud detection
Policy violations
Excessive cancellations
Legal or regulatory inquiries

Held payments shall remain under review until resolution is completed.

5.2 Refunds & Chargebacks

In cases involving:

Product returns
Customer refunds
Failed deliveries
Payment reversals
Chargebacks

NexBazaar.in may:

Deduct applicable amounts from pending payouts
Recover balances from future payouts
Adjust vendor account balances

Vendors are responsible for cooperating during investigations related to refunds or disputes.

5.3 Dispute Resolution for Payments

Vendors may contact support for payout-related concerns.

All disputes will be reviewed internally, and NexBazaar.in reserves the right to make final decisions regarding:

Payment releases
Holds
Deductions
Chargebacks
Settlement adjustments

6. TAXATION & COMPLIANCE

6.1 Tax Responsibilities

Vendors are solely responsible for:

GST compliance
Tax filings
Income declarations
Legal invoicing requirements

NexBazaar.in may deduct taxes where required under Indian law.

6.2 GST & Tax Documentation

Vendors must provide:

GSTIN (if applicable)
PAN details
Legal business information
Required tax documents

Incorrect or missing tax information may delay payouts.

6.3 TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)

NexBazaar.in may deduct TDS as per applicable Indian taxation laws and provide required certificates or reporting documentation where applicable.

7. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

7.1 Accurate Information

Vendors must ensure:

Bank details are accurate
Contact information is updated
Tax details remain valid
KYC documents are current

NexBazaar.in shall not be liable for payment delays caused by incorrect vendor information.

7.2 Policy Compliance

Continuous compliance with:

Vendor Terms
Return Policies
Customer Service Standards
Shipping Policies
Indian laws

is mandatory for uninterrupted payouts.

7.3 Maintaining Sufficient Balance

Vendors must maintain adequate balance coverage for:

Refund liabilities
Chargebacks
Disputes
Penalties or adjustments

Negative balances may be recovered from future earnings.

8. FRAUD PREVENTION & SECURITY
